We will never personally contact anyone for any extra identifying information beyond what you have already willingly provided for shipping or contact purposes. If we need to reach you, it will only use the email, name, or address you entered yourself.

We will never ask for any sort of authentication code — no OTPs, no verification codes, no login tokens. If anyone ever contacts you claiming to be from Design Two Forge and asks for a code, it is not us. Report it and ignore it.

On the rare occasion there is an interruption in the shipping process, we may ask you to verify information you already provided — such as confirming a shipping address or order detail — so we can get your package to the right place. We will never ask you to provide new, additional, or sensitive identifying information.
